Our first collection is entirely made using soft, natural and highly functional merino wool. It's the perfect fabric for active clothing and kids are, if nothing else, active. Merino keeps you warm when times are cool and the other way around too. Effectively managing the body's microclimate, even if you didn't know you had one. The merino wool found in any luvmother™ garment is sourced from either certified non-mulesed or ceased-mulesed farms in Australia and New Zealand. Traceability programs are co-ordinated and certified. All farms must comply with regulations governed by the RSPCA and the New Zealand Animal Welfare Act. Our mill partners encourage sustainable farming practices including environmentally aware processing, "landcare" re-vegetation projects and the creation of nature corridors.

Though we are sourcing fine materials from across the world, all design and manufacturing is done in Canada. It may cost a little more to do so but it allows us to build and maintain solid relationships with the talented people we work with and affords us an attention to detail that can be felt in every piece luvmother™ creates.

Shipping + Returns:
We are conscious of our environmental footprint and invest in our shipping program to ensure that luvmother's shipping is certified carbon neutral. Orders are processed daily and go out twice a week. Express orders ship same day. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next day.
We currently offer two flat rate shipping options to both Canada and the United States and offer Free Shipping to both countries on orders over $100.

International items ship in seven business days excluding foreign customs processing. Additional fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. You'll find shipping rates on the CART page and must select the option that best suits prior to payment.

Free & Easy Returns:
If for any reason you need to return your order, we offer online credit on any unused items within 30 days of purchase. Simply send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, along with the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to luvmother™ unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there there has been some other mistake on our behalf. We recommend that returns and exchanges be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue an online store credit to the account that was used to make the original purchase for the full purchase amount of the item(s) and will follow up with a confirmation email to let you know its done.
An exchange is much like a return. Within 30 days of purchase, send an e-mail to email@example.com with your name and order number, the reason for the exchange along with the name, colour and size of the replacement item(s) that you would like to have.
